INGREDIENTS:
3 - Bananas (fresh or frozen), 0.25 Cup - Hemp seeds, 0.25 Cup - Chia seeds, 0.5 - Avocado, 0.25 Cup - Cacao powder, 0.25 Cup or 10 small - Dates, 1 tsp - Natural Lecithin (optional). Notes bellow how to avoid hexane acetone extraction., 2 Tbsp - Green powder / dehydrated greens (optional), - Stevia powder (to taste,optional), - Vanila powder (to taste, optional), 3 Cups - Water and/or Ice (use some if bananas are fresh)
